I have had this brace for about two years, but I only use it once in awhile because the strap system is weak. At most, I've worn it 24 times in the last two years. The supports have velcro "dots" glued to the sides to help align/adjust the straps, but those "dots" did not last long; they just disappeared in a few weeks, so the straps are free to move along the sides of the brace, which makes for a poor fit, and alignment.Now, after light use, the velcro on the straps do not even hold for a few seconds; they are useless; I now use duct tape to hold the straps in place. Also, the straps themselves no longer align with the guides such, that the guides themselves are twisted when the strap is tightened.I gave it a three because it is comfortable, and supportive, but it is not durable, or suitable for long term use. I think it would be more suited for a temporary/rehab use.
