I have a Galaxy S21 and I use the large rubber cap. I had a feeling that the smaller variant would tear with little use as the large phone stretched it to the max. I've used this about 5 times. Twice I've been on relatively smooth rides and it's worked great and I would definitely recommend it if mountain biking isn't your thing. At other times it led him down half-serious paths. On a black track with neat drops, it popped out of the mechanical mount and was held in place by a rubber pad. It also curled up and I had to readjust to see the screen. Never fallen out or been in serious danger of dropping your phone. My other minor complaint is that the large rubber grip prevents me from pressing a button near the 4 corners of the screen without 2 hands. Another small complaint. All in all it worked very well and I would now recommend it. Fat mountain bikers should look elsewhere as this is not meant for heavy use.
