I bought this tablet to stream videos and draw and while I love the Samsung pen, its features and its beautiful screen, the Samsung software is TOTAL rubbish. I've been using Android systems for over a decade, my main phone is a Google Pixel 3, but the amount of non-intuitive software/commands/positioning on Samsung is incredibly poor. The biggest culprit is BIXBY, Samsung's proprietary junk assigned to your power button. Want to just turn off your tablet? Not correct. I had to google LOTS OF INSTRUCTIONS to finally figure out how to change the power switch BACK TO ON/OFF BUTTON. Compared to the settings that are easy to find on my Pixel 3, the settings on Samsung are confusing and most of the time all I have to do is use the search command to find out where they've hidden a particular setting. It also contains a bunch of useless bloatware apps which I removed immediately. The point is, if you're good with Android or looking for how to customize your tablet, get rid of Samsung junk - this tablet is great. I installed Autodesk Sketchbook and it works great with many features. On the other hand, if you just want a basic tablet and don't want to deal with confusing, confusing things, then you might be better off going with an iPad. I wish I could just delete everything from this thing and just install the Google Pixel system instead, but unfortunately I can't, so I just have to smooth out the bumps one at a time as they come to me.
