I've only used disposables but I've been trying to save some money and hey helping the earth is good. I would have liked them to be a bit smaller and thinner. It's great that they don't leak like some other reusable pads I've had. However, you can still see disposable nursing pads through an unpadded bra with a thin shirt, and they're no different. It's not very noticeable, but definitely there. But most breastfeeding moms don't wear tight clubwear :) At least not this one. They need a few extra minutes in the dryer. They dry like a pair of cotton jeans - about the same time. Another plus of disposables is that they have something to help them stay in place. Resuables can shift and you may need to tweak them a bit. They can also be crushed if you lower the feeding bowl. Overall I'm happy with my decision.
