I have never owned a foot file before my birthday this year and never owned an electric one until just recently with the idea of not really going out like we used to approached so did some uncoventional ways of pampering myself. I seen this and thought I would give it a whirl. To start I do like the packaging the box makes it appear fancy in a way. I love that it comes with so much in ref to the 3 files, a cleaning brush, as well as it being rechargable that is probably my favorite. The one thing I do have to say thou is that I wasnt a fan that it didnt come with instructions. I do think some things can be self explanitory other things like which head do I use for what purpose and how do I remove the different heads from the machine are kinda needed. You want to make sure your doing the right thing for yourself and for the machine. So without looking into that more I kinda just played around with the different heads on my foot after a shower when the skin is soft to get any idea of what does what. I used the more course ones of course which are a little bigger in size. This product is pretty easy to use and I was able to get thru one foot before needing to charge it for the first time which took a couple hours to get a full charge. The results of using the product arent bad I used that in combination with a thick cream intended for cracked and dry skin which together made my feet almost pedi done. I should mention too that I placed my foot in a sock with the lotion after using this product to get close to the results I was hoping for. I will also say that this does not make a mess which I was truly ready to clean up and afterwards just cleaned the machine and the 2 heads used which was also pretty easy to achieve. Overall for this to be my first electric foot file I will say I wasnt too disappointed by the results just as stated which there was a little book especially for beginners like myself who have no idea what we are doing. I was afraid of taking off too much skin and making my feet raw but I felt as I went so that wouldnt happen and got my feet to the desired feeling and stopped. I also ment to mention that it does have 2 speeds that you can use and I ended up using the highest speed just because I knew my feet were a little bad at the heel and I was kinda in a rush to get done so I could move about my day.
