Due to small leaks, the springs rust; in hot water, over time, the seals become tanned and turn into plastic. Housing on hot water for 8 years has eaten in 2 places. Even new ones, if there is no water flow, do not hold pressure (it grows above the max. set. The cost now for a product of this quality has become inadequate, I took a gearbox of the same design from another company several times cheaper, I will observe.
