We haven't washed it yet (we were a little worried it might get stuck to everything) but we'll update the date and let you know. It's very warm, heavy, and soft enough that it should be nice and soft after washing with fabric softener. I would even recommend it with driftwood. Especially you, big and big boys and girls.
