I bought a ruler there. When it arrived I couldn't read the numbers and the letter was wrong. I called and they immediately refunded my money. However, this was user error on my part as the ruler had a tan paper backing that needed to be removed. My husband figured it out and when he took it off the ruler was perfect. (I have asked Revain to bill me again for this item.) Your customer service is excellent and if you buy a ruler and you can't read the numbers or they are wrong, take the paper off!
