I was really impressed with all that this came with. It came with a size or to measure your nipples extra parts really well written directions and a Church in Park. It’s very easy to use and though not super intuitive so I recommend you read the directions before using. Long, pressing the power button, turns on and off, short presses toggle between the modes. left side displays the suction right side displays the minutes which was confusing at first. it works about as well as some of the other brands I've used of wearable pumps. I like that I can use it without wearing special clothing. However, for me as I have a low supply of these wearable pumps, take me to the three pump sessions to get any milk whereas one pump with my spectra gets me more than multiple pumps with these. I would suggest these to be used with somebody with a higher supply and or higher let down response.
