Review on Optimal Portzon Resistance Loop Exercise Bands for Effective Arm πŸ’ͺ and Leg Stretching, Strength Training, Muscle Recovery, Deep Squats, and Pilates by Cedric Edwards

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Good resistance, not great durability

Resistance on these is great, however, the durability of them does seem to be lacking.I used the Medium band for an 80-day obsession workout, and it only lasted 1/2 the workout before a tear appeared. I used the Heavy last night and I can already see it, too, getting jagged around the edges. The Light band seems to be holding up, I'm sure that's due to it having the least resistance.have not attempted to use the X-Heavy band yet (I'm woefully out of shape, and that's just too much resistance for me right now haha).I can't comment on how well they stay put/don't roll - I've never met a resistance band that didn't roll when I was using them. These bands would probably be great for a beginner and/or while using very limited ranges of motion. Sadly, the exercise program I'm using them with requires a wide range of motion, so I will continue using them till they break (which I'm guessing will be soon) but after I will be looking for new bands to try out.

Pros
  • Love having 4 different strengths. They are very durable, beautiful colors & easy to use.
Cons
  • The bands may slip or roll during certain exercises, causing discomfort or injury
