Stay Away - Used, flags to the back, weak
First of all I would like to say that I gave change to the company to correct their mistakes. They initially send two identical center brackets, which makes assembly impossible. They sent a new center but it was clearly worn out and looks like it has been installed before. Second, both flags are reversed. I strongly recommend not buying them and saving your time and effort. Also, they are quite brittle metal.
