I can't be wrong, I love the instruments and this is great!

Like a twist at the end just to pierce the flesh. Let it sink in. LOVE IT ! I often used only a good knife, now I don't have to clean the knife anymore. Great tool! Make a great gift for both outdoor and indoor cooking. You may need to get a few more!
