I was looking for a good natural pre-workout and the ads kept popping up so I gave it a try. The taste is better than at the very bottom, but far from where it should taste good. Basically, I didn't feel anything about the effectiveness of the training. I've used tons of aftermarket pre-workouts and this is by far the least effective.
