TO UPDATE. Defective fastener

Purchased July 2019. Looks great and bright. However, a month ago (April 2020), 9 months after purchase, I noticed that the lower right and upper left rows of lights were not working. It sucks, it hasn't even been a year and it's already broken. I didn't try to see if the seller would send me another one or not. I will write them. I hope they will. I will update as soon as I get a response from the seller. UPDATE: Contacted the seller but he still hasn't responded so go ahead. Bad product, bad customer service, bad deal
