I bought this stabilizer to use with my 24 foot. a car with a trailer that will tow my 2017 Ford F150 4x4 pickup. The trailer is relatively light, all aluminum, with about 500 pounds empty tongue. I bought a Blue Ox under £1000 and have never had to haul a trailer from Dallas to Toronto with my car. When an 18-wheeler drove past you felt pressure, which was never comfortable, but the trailer never wobbled. STRONG pressure is required to engage and lock the stabilizers, but overall installation was easy and exactly as you would expect. Instructions were clear and specific. I have never used stabilizers to tow trailers, so I can't compare it to other brands but if you want to be sure you have what you need this is a little pricey but well worth it.
