This rug is much smaller than I expected. They are flexible, not rigid. They can be taken apart very easily. They can also be easily bent where they don't fit and laid flat. So it ultimately defeats its purpose of being a playmat for your kids.

It's my fault for not looking closely at the sizes and who reads the reviews. You are tiny! I like them a lot and bought a second set. Only problem for small children, the inside of the letters is very small and definitely a choking hazard. I just took all the tiny scraps of letters and threw them away. The holes actually make it easier for a kid to pick them off the ground, so it's a win-win.

I should have checked the dimensions before ordering. I ordered these thinking they would be bigger but unfortunately they are not. Now they are used as a temporary playmat for a child moving from room to room in the house. They seem to come apart more easily than other sets. The child broke off a piece or two while driving. Easy to clean, bright colors.

I didn't understand all the letters and numbers, I got double ABCD and didn't get 1-4. For the price I was hoping for a little more. I wanted to use this playmat for my twins and my 2 year old son. I will come back and buy something else. You may want to edit the image of the child playing to reflect the exact size of the rug. The picture is really deceptive. The size of this rug is definitely not worth more than $20.

This is the wrong size if you are looking for a floor mat padding for your playground. This would be normal for toddlers if they didn't put things in their mouths. For babies who try to eat everything, the pieces are small enough to fit in their mouth and they can take a bite easily. Luckily we have another child in the house who can use them while learning the alphabet. My biggest problem is that we didn't get the whole alphabet; We have double GJs.

I needed a little soft surface for my child to play on the floor a bit, so the small size of this rug is perfect for us. We have hard tile floors in our small apartment so now we can give her more time to play and she's doing great with her tummy and starting to learn how to roll over! My only criticism of this item is that the different colors are all slightly different in thickness. Tiles appear much larger on images. I do not need that. EDIT: This is a choking hazard. Stupidly, whoever decided to build this miniature version of the original didn't realize that the small parts that turn into letters like P, R, O, etc. could pose a choking hazard. To be honest they should have changed that cheap little version so those little bits don't stand out and are part of the whole email.
