I really wanted this to work but I had to go back to my 1/2" rolls of tape. Unfortunately as these things don't do well and are too steep your laptop will become unstable and slips. It doesn't really work as you think it should and that's why I'm very disappointed. I've tried swapping them out, different parts of the laptop etc but nothing worked. The slip stopped working after 1 hour of use unbearable.
