Pro LifT iron man hand - my review about it

It's time to "change" your car. I do it myself, as there is a second set of wheels. Regular diamond-shaped jack ceased to suit. Tired of turning the handle for a long time, first in one direction, then back. Yes, it's not very stable. It was decided to buy a rolling hydraulic jack. The car is a crossover, so I was guided mainly by three parameters - load capacity, lift height and price. I chose a KRAFT 2.5 ton jack at Yulmart for 2360 rubles. The manufacturer is declared Germany, but I hardly believe it. Most likely China. Operation at temperatures up to -45 degrees. It is very convenient that it is in a case. The case is quite massive. For comparison, the photo shows a plastic bottle with a volume of 2 liters. The case is made of not very thick plastic, so it was cracked inside on both sides. This is not surprising, the jack weighs more than 11 kg. Most likely this is the fault of the delivery service. The case opens with two simple latches. Not very reliable in appearance. Inside the case there is a jack, a yellow carrying handle, a lever, a set of spare gaskets and instructions. The instruction is one sheet. On the one hand, a warranty card, on the other - a small instruction manual. They promise a 2-year warranty. We attach the yellow carrying handle to the jack, insert the lever - the jack is ready for work. The dimensions of the jack: length is about 52 cm, width is about 18 cm. It is advisable to stretch the safety valve before use. Then you can cover it with a special rubber cap. Painted jack is not very high quality. I used it once and the paint on the rubbing parts immediately began to peel off. It's hard to talk about the build quality now. But at first glance it looks pretty good. The body metal is thick. All 4 wheels of the jack are metal. The front wheels are straight, cottered. The rear wheels are swivel. The parts of the jack are connected with large nuts / View from below / Many parts are cottered. The handle-lever is slightly curved, about 52 cm long. Designed to raise and lower the car. There is a pin at the end of the handle so that the handle does not fly out of the mount when lifted. Also, the handle is slightly flattened in order to unscrew the drain bolt with it. Insert the handle into the jack and start pumping. The mechanism rises When you need to lower the car, pull out the handle and unscrew the bleed bolt with the flattened part. You need to twist slowly for the car to move smoothly. I don't like it when the car falls sharply. The handle itself is not very convenient for unscrewing the bleeder bolt. Firstly, it is smooth, and secondly, the black plastic nozzle does not hold well on it, it rotates. I was even able to take it off. All this complicates the process a bit. We'll have to finalize :) The base that lifts the car is metal. It rotates around its axis. It is a pity that there is no rubber washer in the kit, so as not to bend the sides of the body. I had to quickly make it myself from a children's hockey puck. The minimum pick-up height of the jack is 125 mm (from the ground) In the most unfolded state - 385 mm. To raise the crossover, this is more than enough. There is a sticker on the jack body with characteristics and operating conditions. So looks like the beginning of the rise of the car. We insert the rubber washer with a slot into the rib of the car, we understand the jack so that it exactly hits the base. I repeat, with such a washer it is very convenient, the rib does not bend or scratch. To raise my car, it took about 2/3 of the jack stroke. A hard surface is required. When raised, the jack moves slightly under the bottom of the vehicle. If you put him on the sand, he will not be able to move. What will happen in this case, I do not know. I can assume that its reverse part will begin to rise. It also requires a flat surface. In the photo, I created a flat surface due to the boards, since the ground was slightly sloping. The process of changing wheels is much more convenient and faster than regular ones. I recommend.
