I started working from home in March 2020. My boss has sometimes complained about bad audio on my system, mainly because he heard echoes when I spoke. Since I want to have a happy boss and continue to work from home, I've tried a number of microphone approaches to solve this problem. I tried the highly acclaimed Logitech webcam with built-in microphone and Tonor's highly acclaimed USB condenser microphone. My boss kept complaining. I finally bought a Poly-Sync 20 Bluetooth car kit. My boss said he sounded great and so did I. The problem is solved. By the way, the speakerphone controls the echo only when the speakerphone is used for both the microphone and the sound. When I use my desktop speaker and Sync 20 mic, people on the other end of the call still hear echoes.
