Works with Teams as advertised

I have a USB-C model for my HP government laptop. The laptop recognized it without any problems with all group policy restrictions. I used POLY by default and no problems so far. I hear "rings" when a new TEAMS message and voice calls are good. It was or is on the headphones for hours. This way I can see if the audio is muted fairly easily without having to open the TEAMS app to see the mic. DON'T LIKE: -1 Star Expensive.

Warning: Notebook Bluetooth connection does not work without a dongle!

When the Sync 20+ is next to my MacBook but I'm not using a Bluetooth dongle, I press the Bluetooth pairing button on the Sync 20+. It connects to my Macbook, I accept the connection and 10 seconds later it automatically disconnects. I spent several hours on the phone with Poly Tech Support. This seems to be expected when using a laptop's bluetooth (presumably it works correctly with a cell phone's bluetooth). However, this is not documented anywhere (!) and it does not claim that a dongle is…

Works great in home office with lots of echo

I started working from home in March 2020. My boss has sometimes complained about bad audio on my system, mainly because he heard echoes when I spoke. Since I want to have a happy boss and continue to work from home, I've tried a number of microphone approaches to solve this problem. I tried the highly acclaimed Logitech webcam with built-in microphone and Tonor's highly acclaimed USB condenser microphone. My boss kept complaining. I finally bought a Poly-Sync 20 Bluetooth car kit. My boss said

non-command version. best portable speakers and docking stations

at first i overlooked that it was USB C only. This was my fault and does not affect the rating I have given. I connected it to my laptop via the USB-C port and it works perfectly. An adapter to connect to the USB-A port will be here today. Like I said, it was my fault and I'll take care of it. The main problem is that the description says it is the team version and the product picture also shows the team version, but what I got is not. To be honest I don't think it would make a huge difference…

Excellent speakerphone, the best of portable speakers and docking stations

This is a really good speakerphone. I wanted to replace my work laptop with a separate microphone and speakers for TEAMS calls. The sound is loud and clear, more bass than I expected. I set up the unit and played a YouTube music video to try out the sound, my desk vibrated with bass, the sound is way better than I thought it would be. It has 3 different EQ settings, I prefer the bright mode. I connect to my laptop, which is under my desk, via USB C. However, the USB cable is plugged in and only

Great replacement for Jabra 510

Edit - 20 days and the speaker is stuck. It only turns on when connected to USB, but even then it doesn't respond at all. The only way to reboot the device is to flash the firmware using Poly Lens. It was decided to exchange for another unit that is currently functioning normally. Let's see how long this one lasts. First review: I bought this as an upgrade to a Jabra 510 that I use in my office. I was most interested in full duplex audio. Works great as a speakerphone. Teams integration is fine

Good personal speaker but firmware is buggy

This is a good personal speaker that I would recommend if you don't like headphones for meetings and watching videos/courses. Not so much for the music. This is a nice device, hardware, touch controls, sound, microphone quality is good. However, the firmware is buggy and has issues, hence 3 stars. Most problems can be fixed with a firmware update. If so, I'll update my score. Pros: - Voice quality is excellent in both directions for calls, commands or anywhere else, no echo. The microphone is…
