It works fine but they give you tools to hold the shaft instead of a lock knob, which surprised me. I hate having a special tool for my tools, it's just more things to lose. But this works great, also uses a lot of air, so make sure you have a big tank. I have a small tank with a big motor and it just can't compete with this grinder. It's very smooth and works great with pressure to spec. I really like how it feels in my hands and the feel of control with the lever is fantastic.
