My first impression of this chalk bucket is that it's pretty darn strong. Before the pandemic, I was going to the gym at least three times a week, so I tend to throw my buckets of chalk through the ring, throw them up, and stuff them in my backpack. This one is made from extremely durable, weatherproof material and I can say it will serve me for many years to come. More specifically, I particularly like the storage options with the two zippered pockets at the bottom of the bag to fit my minitube of liquid chalk, Climb-On and a roll of sports tape. I like to keep my phone in the side mesh pocket for easy access while climbing. I can't understand the purpose of the medium sized nylon loops on the bag, but I think you could use them to attach a bucket to your harness (although it's a bit big for that) or to your carabiner pack if you like. I like the "lunch box" bucket shape because it's deep and stands up on its own (if you open it all the way and tie the inner straps together to hold it open), but I can't get a "lock and roll". . fit. ” to work perfectly. The outer material plus the top magnetic strip is so stiff that it's uncomfortable to connect the outer buckles without emitting a cloud of chalk dust, so it usually fits a full size in my backpack. However, that's not enough for a star deduction, especially since the strength of the material is primarily a sales argument. Finally, I love the thoughtful design which really makes this a quality product - the Yosemite topography print is really cool and the Survivor logo on the bottom zippers completes the look. Please note that the design looks almost silvery white in the product photo, but is actually more of a light gray colour. Overall, this chalk bucket is excellent value for money and packs a lot of good stuff.
