2 cracks (1/16" x 2") on a 1994 SAAB T8 multiple exhaust. As mentioned by other users, the texture in the container can vary: a small amount of liquid and a fairly hard paste. After 15 minutes of mixing, the texture became "yogurt". It could not be applied in one layer. I decided to apply in three coats, 2 and 3 hours apart. I sanded the area around the cracks and expanded the cracks a bit with a small cutter. The temperature (France, Atlantic coast) was 12°C (54°F?). Thumb test worked after 48 hours! The paste was dark gray. I turned off the engine for 15 minutes. Then I did a road test and warmed up the turbo to maximum. The color of the paste ranges from light gray to sintered. After 500 km the plaster holds.
