Very dissatisfied with the fact that my keyboard does NOT have a backlight as advertised. I also had this for 2 days and the price dropped almost $100. Battery life isn't great, my 5 year old Dell was much better. I need it for work to make it work, but I'm not happy with the price I paid because I don't have the advertised feature (backlit keyboard). UPDATED REVIEW: Seller responds to messages but not working with me; offered me $20 for the inconvenience of not having a backlit keyboard that does nothing for me. The battery life is lousy and I can't be without my laptop at the moment as it's a very busy time for my work. It's an insult considering they are still posting the wrong listing and reduced the price by almost 100.00 less than 48 hours after I received my laptop and now I can see that the battery life in battery saver mode is less than 2 hours per charge. I even asked if the seller had comparable options. They said no. He said just give it back. I will never use this seller again. Be careful!
