Tank is only filled manually and then shut off until empty. Nothing comes out of the drain pipe, due to which the condensate should drain down the drain or into the pump. I made sure the device is well above the pump as recommended. Poorly. Also, Revain is now telling me that there is only a 1 month refund period which has just expired. Now, after just a month, am I stuck with a broken $125 device? It's better not to be When the heck did Revane get mad at bad products? Is this the new normal? It's better not to be I will find a solution - DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
