Bought based on other reviews. Installed them on my 2010 Mazda Rx-8 R3 with BWD inter engine ignition coils, spark plugs with about 4000 miles on them. Very satisfied, I think the engine runs better than the day of purchase. I was surprised when I turned onto a 45-mile road and the rear end twitched a little more than I expected. I saved hundreds by installing them myself. Let the engine cool down. Using a 10mm socket and wire holder needle nose pliers, loosen the intake components at the intake box leading to the throttle body and slide them out of the way. Front wheel removed and everything became accessible. Mark the standard cores (indelible marking) and swap the protectors for the corresponding NGK cores. All NGK wires are slightly longer than standard by about half an inch. Lubricate the contacts with dielectric grease. (I've marked the ignition coil harnesses as I also replaced the coils - just pinch the ends together and they'll slip off the coils easily.) Install the NGK wires one at a time - push until they "snap" onto the spark ". Plug - and adjust wire guards to protect from nearby metal and blockages. Would I buy again if I don't feel like paying the price for a BHR or LS2 ignition kit in the next round. Bonus: The blue silicone jackets complement my blue car.
