The ONLY downside to this system was all the factory fitted fittings leaked initially. After these problems were solved, there were no further problems. Installation wasn't too difficult and we decided to hook it up to our fridge while we were there. MY GOD! I hated my fridge because the ice never came out properly - so much so that I was about to buy a new one (even though this one is only 5 years old and otherwise works great). Since we hooked it up to this reverse osmosis system, we haven't had any more problems with ice. If I had known this filtration system would solve my fridge problems, I would have bought it five years ago! The included faucet works well and is easy to install (wish it had a matte finish but overall it's SO worth it. We now have plenty of delicious water - enough to meet all our hydration needs). and cooking supplies - and no more going to the "Reservoir" (that has always been an ordeal!). I highly recommend this item, just check this factory fitment before you start installing! :-)
