I'm a wildlife guide in Utah and I wear Chaco year-round. After a bad experience with the "base" Chaco (z1/z2), I'm glad I found the much stronger, more durable and grippier Zvolv. The tread on them gives you a lot more traction when hiking and lasts a lot longer than the models mentioned later. They are comfortable and I only wear them on and off the field. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because the back straps always seem to break first, right where they meet the sole. Of course I wear them year round and really abuse them, I use them maybe 7-8 months before I need a new pair.
