When you open the box for the first time, the small pieces of colored wax are very pretty to look at and the faint honey scent is also pleasant. When I first got my hands on them I wondered how the heck I was supposed to sculpt with this stuff because it was so heavy. But after a minute or two of warming up in my hand, the clay took shape easily and I had a lot of fun making little sculptures out of it. After cooling, it became stiff again and kept its shape perfectly. I would recommend this for kids and adults. After you've tampered with it, it won't snap back to its original shape or fit neatly in the box between the pretty layers of wax paper, but that's how it is. I have already ordered more and enthusiastically recommended to my friends. I sculpted a wax snail for an animation I'm making (see attachment). I like that it's transparent.
