The hook on the buckle is too short so it slips out of the holes in the straps. This prevents the clock from staying on. I really wanted this watch for nursing school and will edit it if I get a better replacement. I've returned my broken ones and ordered new ones and it's fantastic. I can't wait to take it to work! (I work in a hospital) Second edit: I've had an interchangeable watch for a week and the strap ripped in one of the holes. Stink. I was hoping it would be a reliable product.
