This is a nice little fan. Approximately nine inches from base to highest point. It's lightweight, but the plastic isn't too flimsy. That should do the trick as long as you don't bump it into anything. It is charged via USB cable. I have a GO4 model. The GO4C also comes with a power adapter and charging station. But you can also charge your GO4 without a docking station, just not from a power outlet. The fan was not loaded. I had to charge it before it worked. The instructions recommend fully charging the fan before first use. The fan head does not rotate. But you can (manually) tilt it up to 90 degrees. That is, it can either face forward or tilt until it points straight up. It has three speeds: slow, medium, fast.
