Review on Anova Culinary Precision Vacuum Sealer Pro: Sous Vide and Food Storage Solution with Bag Roll – Black, Medium by Cynthia Beauchene

This item was originally reviewed after I had trouble sealing defrosted chicken. I later realized the problem was that I had allowed liquid to get between the seal. As with any sealant, the function of sealing wet products is not magic and requires a little extra care/attention to ensure no liquid gets between the sealing elements. Otherwise you will not get a perfect seal. After learning a little more I think this product works correctly and as expected. I plan to keep it and will update my review when I know more.
