Kudos to MMOBIEL/Menko-Teleco for their customer service. I received the first screen for our iPad 3 and after installation the touchscreen/digitizer was not working except for the top 10% of the screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled twice - to no avail. We've recently replaced a newer model iPad with no problems, made several iPhones and never had these kinds of problems (they're for our gym/shop like registration and music control kiosks and we're a bit picky about our electronics!). I contacted the company through Revain and received an email response, apology and full refund within 6 hours of my email! I immediately reissued the same screen (it was the quickest way to get myself a new screen) and installed it as soon as I received it. The new touchscreen/digitizer works great! No problems, looks like new. Now we just need a better case.
