The pull tag on the transmitter is very hard to get out to start transmitter. Able to get receivers to work without problems. Chimes/ volume good. Manual never shows or tells you how to open the transmitter to get to the battery for a battery change. The tool is useless and doesn’t coincide with the directions/pictures given in the manual. They show it fits in a slot on the end of the transmitter and turns clockwise but there is NO SUCH SLOT…tried everything. Definitely no easy way to open this transmitter without breaking it. NEVER explained in the manual about battery change either. It only states it lasts awhile. The clear piece of plastic on the transmitter where you are suppose to leave a message won’t budge…nothing in the manual about it or how to open it to leave a message? Buyer beware… simple doorbell good forever how long the battery lasts. Just hope it lasts for awhile to get my money's worth.
