Review on toast PSA by William Dean

It has been used successfully over several years by our team for project management of many projects at once through to closeout.

We have also seen it being utilised as an additional tool when managing smaller or more specific client contracts which is not always successful due to some clients just needing support from their own staff rather than relying on Toast's services. The system does help reduce paperwork involved within the day-to-day running of larger complex jobs but I do feel that there are still benefits if you use your PM tools effectively without using any extra systems such as this one - i.e. creating reports via Excel etc.
