Not useful at all best in my review

If you have long hair, forget it. Even if you put your hair up, forget it. Also, unless you wear this around your neck at all times, you will fumble behind your neck trying to put it in the right spot each time you wear it. Thumbs down

Pros

Have not used yet, but love the flexibility.

Cons

Could feel bulky and cumbersome on the back of your head
