The item arrived quickly which is nice. Arrived in new condition and installation was easy. The product worked great for the first 4 days I had it. Great sound, no problems with the Bluetooth connection and it gave my car's console a very nice look. Everything went dark on day 5 as the product completely stopped working! I couldn't get it to turn it on for anything. I was thinking of contacting Nulaxy support when they emailed after the product arrived stating that if I had any issues and they couldn't fix it they would replace it for free. Although the company stands behind their product, I didn't like the fact that I experienced a product failure shortly after purchase. I understand that electronics can sometimes be unreliable products but I didn't want the hassle of receiving another defective item so I returned the item and did not order a replacement. what I was hoping for. The screen image was bright, loud, clear and the connection was stable/reliable. If the product were still alive I would rate it 5 stars but I am giving it 2 stars because Nulaxy stands behind their product and can replace it within the warranty period. I would recommend taking advantage of the extended warranty, if available, for added peace of mind.
