Return - poor design, difficult to install

I'm not a stupid person and I don't give up easily. I can usually fix the problem and get things working; However, after sacrificing an hour and a half of my life to set up a bar, I gave up. Here are the problems I encountered: 1) The instructions say to use a 1/4" drill bit to drill holes for the drywall anchors. I did. When trying to put the screws into the anchors , the screws didn't really tighten; instead, they went in, but twisted and turned without tightening, and instead the anchors began to pull out of the wall. Maybe I had to use a smaller drill bit to put the anchors in? 2 ) The problem with the screws (see #1) probably contributed to the next problem: the part of the screw that's supposed to attach the towel warmer to the bracket doesn't actually hold the rod to the bracket, again I've been messing with this for too long, before I gave up. Maybe I couldn't mount the brackets close enough to the wall? But even if I did, I can't imagine that this little screw would save my 5 and 9 year olds n would resist sons who use towel rails. 3) The allen wrench you have to use to tighten the screw part of #2 is the smallest and least useful tool I've ever seen. I'm a female with smaller than average hands and still had issues with this tool. My husband came into the bathroom to see if he could help and I just laughed. He dropped that allen key 17 times before picking it up one last time and throwing it across the room. A proper screw for that particular part would make a lot more sense - then you could at least use a screwdriver; With an allen wrench you can't even turn it a full turn if you use it both long and short because you're practically banging against the wall. It's just stupid. Anyway, now that I have eight new holes in my bathroom wall and I've lost an hour and a half of my life that I'll never get back, I'm going to return these towel rails via Kolya and get my money back.
