Review on Ignition Coils Nissan PATHFINDER Compatible by Brian Gordon

I have bought other ignition coils for my 2001 Infiniti QX4 but I kept getting 'check engine' even though the engine ran fine. I checked the resistance of the original coil (good), other coils and this coil. The original coils gave a much higher reading than the first coils - 1500 versus 980. These coils read 1200 and apparently that's close enough as I haven't had a check engine light in months. Very happy with them and the price was half what I had previously paid. A caveat and the reason I deducted a star from the rating. On a 2001 QX4, cylinder 1 needs a different coil than the other 5 due to gap issues - the connector attaches to the top of the coil. I knew this before I bought it, but if I didn't need a coil for cylinder 1 I wouldn't be a happy camper. Luckily my #1 roll was fine otherwise I would have had to buy another one as they are all the same.
