The hose fits snugly but does NOT come with a rubber hose to the tank. 99% of these tubes fail due to corrosion and it is difficult to remove the old hose from the old rusty filler neck without damaging it. There is also a small plastic tie attached to the vent tube which is not included with the new neck. This collar is almost impossible to remove from the old neck without breaking it. It really should come with a new neck. The last problem was that the thread for the gas cap was not compatible with my original cap. You will need to purchase a new gas cap that will fit the new filler neck. My van is a '99 trailer. My guess is that Chrysler changed the cap sometime between 1996 and 2000 and this neck fits all.
