Just received today. I used a large slab to find out that my wife bought me a new phone. I emailed the seller to see how I can get another record. Seller "Nicole" replied directly to my email and offered to send me a new one. I'm telling you, it's great customer service. As for the product itself, I will update it in a few days. UPDATE: While the customer service is great, I want to tell you about my first day with the product itself. I have a Note 10 Plus and use wireless charging so I had to set the metal plate very low. Now when I put my phone on the holder, my mirror shook while driving, which I couldn't bear. Also, I couldn't turn the phone sideways because the metal plate wasn't centered, so it kept sliding as I moved it. This product may fit a smaller phone easily, so I cannot say it is a product defect. I can't stand a shaking mirror on big phones.
