Our cat is used to wearing a dog sweater and as another reviewer pointed out, putting on a cat's sweater is directly related to the fact that their legs have stopped working. She CAN move and gets used to it. I ordered medium and the back length is a bit long for her. I feel like it limits the use of their hind legs. The neck is rather small. This is my biggest complaint about this product. Otherwise, when turned on, it purrs and seems to settle down. I don't leave it unattended because it hits their back legs hard. She wears her dog sweater unattended because it doesn't restrict her movement at all. The velcro is very strong and I can see some cats being bothered by the sound of the ripping. Our cat doesn't care.
