The output is ok but it doesn't last as long as the original. EDIT: Greensky's customer service has been phenomenal. They contacted me to solve the problem. The "real material" initially lasted about 3 months in our printer. The first black one I ordered from Greensky only lasted 1. I reordered anyway because 1 month of it was still a lot cheaper than HP's 3 months. After this verification they contacted me and sent me a free toner. The second order has now lasted 2 months and feels much better. I think I must have had an accident the first time. Many thanks to Greensky for the consistently helpful customer service!
