I did something completely stupid over the Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend. I bought a refurbished Chromebook just because the ad said it looked like new. Instead, I received a Chromebook with numerous scratches and a few dents in the corners. I am completely dissatisfied and concerned about the condition of the product. It literally looks like false advertising. That's not normal. I am asking for a full refund. This Chromebook was for my son and I had nothing left because I was late in postponing my purchase of one of the Black Friday deals. Moral of the lesson: just never buy refurbished, and if you wait for those deals, there's nothing left. Only buy new ones. This is my first time buying refurbished electronics and I will never do it again. I thought I was saving money but I will never make that decision again.
