I wish I'd listened to the other reviewers. This shirt really does run small. I'm 5'6" and very thin but because I have wide shoulders I usually wear a medium. Recently I've tried t-shirts from other vendors - I purchased mediums and they have all been too big or too boxy or the neck has been too loose, so I ordered a small this time. Big mistake. It was super small! Having said that however, I did like the quality of the material, I loved the sleeve length and the neckline was very flattering - not droopy or too low. The cuff on the sleeve does make this a "casual" shirt rather than a more dressy one. I am going to reorder this product, but I'm unsure whether to get a medium or a large.that's how small these shirts run.
