Horrible product. It didn’t come with the coil thing to hold the hose. The knob to tighten the gun holder will not hold the gun up so it can spray. It doesn’t have the coil to hold the cord so it won’t stay in place. When I extend the pole to full extension it will not spray. Total waste of $180. So frustrated. Useless piece of garbage. If you have any other way to paint a high area, avoid this tool. It is very difficult to work with, poorly made, constantly needs adjustment, and will take you 2 hours of tinkering for 5-10 minutes of spraying. It will eventually work, for seconds at a time. Do not expect the spray gun to maintain angle setting for more than a few seconds. It will not tighten enough to hold in place. It will bend or break. seem like a well made product unfortunately the trigger failed to operate after two days of use in the middle of a job. Rendering it useless. I was really looking forward to not having to climb a ladder.

It feels like quality. I like the quick-disconnect and telescoping pole aspects. Fully adjustbale. It is, however a heavier pole, so I recommend it for the t.u. phase or limited use. Save the production work for extension poles.

If you spray a lot, or even if you dont, and need to spray eaves, or walls, trim, This is the tool for you. Wish i bought it sooner.

Product is ok I was thinking a spray gun was attached for this price not a grabber style handle that holds a sprayer. Seems like a decent product didnt get to use it since my first order didnt make it here and I didnt get to use it for this paint job

I contacted other painters and contractors to stain paint my mountain cabin. But buying this device I will save myself thousands of dollars and will do it my self. My family did not want me to use ladders anymore at my age at 85. With this device I should be able do the spray painting and also reach the highest areas without a ladder being used.

The one drawback to this tool is that it is a little flimsy when fully extended making it hard to control. If they could make it a little stiffer (thicker diameter tubing perhaps?) it would easily rank 5 stars.

I bought this hoping it would help make my paint job easier. It runied my job by cracking and spreading paint everywhere. Wasted paint and extended my job. Horrible product

It's a shame this is the only version of an extension pole like this. This thing solves a legit problem and works fairly well. I just wish it had a more professional feel. I would pay double for a supremely engineered version of this tool. That said, it's not a horrible product and will solve your high reach problems. I went with the 8' version and I'm glad I didn't go longer. Longer would feel very flimsy and hard to control.

The product came quickly however, upon opening the box and inspecting the product, I noticed it was already broken. I was able to get it to work using duct tape to get it back together because jobs and time matter and I had no choice but to use it today, rendering it now "un-returnable." I am pretty disappointed that a product I have used for years has seemed to have lost its quality, considering I ordered this one to replace the first one I ordered years ago.
