These bases do not come with properly working leveling screws. If your floor is not perfectly level, you can work yourself with a workshop tool that cannot be leveled and there to affect the quality of your work. The repackaged item does not include a fully threaded alignment screw and the manufacturer support spends more time toying with you than helping you. As a result, missing parts, incorrect parts, and broken parts are a buying nightmare. I will never buy a product from this company and take it to other local stores to do the same. The left element is from my old mobile base and the right one from the new one, as you can see the screw collar protects you from negative alignment adjustments.
