Very good call tracking application for business purpose

The best thing about this software is that it allows you to keep track not only with your incoming calls but also outgoing ones as well! It's really easy use once its installed; however I do have some problems when connecting my phone line or using different phones like cellphones which are very specific (such has AT&T). But overall we were able solve our problem through their support team who helped us alot. And they can help even if u dont know how much money ur spending because sometimes i get confused between what exactly am paying per month/per year etc.. so be sure before purchasing!! You will never regret having such great customer service at hand especially from someone else than yourself. !
