Review on Queen Size Metal Platform Bed Frame - No Box Spring Needed, Steel Slat Support By VECELO by Jabari Campbell

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Wouldn't buy again

First, it's a broken toe waiting to happen. The box-style supports on the end catch my toes regularly . The frame is about 2 inches wider than my mattress, so your brain thinks you've cleared the corner, but you haven't. There's no way I'd put a bedskirt on this - I'd never see it then.Second, the outside middle legs push outwards at the bottom with only the weight of the mattress on it, like it's going to do a split. More than once in a day I've lifted the whole bed slightly in order to kick the leg back to a perpendicular position.Third, the lateral supports just drop in place without locking in or being secured in any way. I suppose the weight of the mattress is supposed to keep them in place. That makes for easy assembly, but, when you sit on one side of the bed, some of the lateral supports pop up on the other side. That's not too bad, but when someone sits on the other side, the supports *very loudly* pop back into place. On a positive note, it feels very solid when you lay on it. The parts look very sturdy, too.
