When my old phone broke (my 6 month old daughter threw it on the tile floor) I decided to look for a cheap alternative (in case she does the same thing again). This phone works great EXCEPT for one major issue - my video calls just won't connect. This is a big problem for me as my husband has been away for months and is therefore able to see and speak to our daughter. At first I thought my internet connection was the problem but all other phones work fine with video calling, also I called the internet company who came and checked the connection. If you don't normally make video calls, this phone is great,
